More exercise, more interaction – our new table tennis table in the break room

Sometimes it’s the small changes that make a big difference in our daily work routine. At Koczwara Vertriebs-GmbH, this now includes a ping-pong table in the break room. 

What may seem like a simple recreational activity at first glance has a clear purpose for us: We want to consciously create space for active breaks. After all, short breaks and physical activity help clear your head and return to tasks with renewed energy. 

At the same time, the ping-pong table brings people together. Colleagues from different departments meet here - without any agenda. Between serves and rallies, conversations arise that are often neglected in a traditional work environment. After all, interaction doesn’t just happen in the conference room. 

Team spirit also benefits. A spontaneous match during a break strengthens camaraderie and fosters a relaxed, positive atmosphere in our daily work. 

For us, the table tennis table is therefore more than just a piece of equipment. It stands for a modern and human corporate culture that consciously promotes physical activity, interaction, and a positive working environment.
